Once confirmed, your order cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you have 14 days to return it free of charge within Metropolitan France.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope your items arrived in full and undamaged.

If the damage only concerns your parcel and you wish to return an item from this order, you can use any box to do so.

We apologise for this inconvenience. Please contact our customer service department : here.

Check that it is not in the "Junk" folder in your mailbox.

If you have registered, you can find your invoice in your customer account. Check that the e-mail address you have entered is correct.

If you still can't find the confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service team. We will do everything we can to help you.

You will receive your parcel within 48 working hours for orders delivered in mainland France.

You can track your parcel using your order number here.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email confirming that your parcel has been dispatched, with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

If you already have your order tracking number, go to the Post Office website for real-time tracking: here.

Once the order has been sent, it is not possible to change your delivery address.

Contact Customer Services as soon as possible so that your parcel can be delivered to you.

In order to return a product, the label must not be removed and the product must not be stained or damaged.

Returns are free of charge only for orders made in Metropolitan France. For all orders outside France, the return is at the customer's expense.
